How to Make Pineapple Teriyaki Meatballs
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the ground meat, half of the teriyaki sauce, diced pineapple, and a pinch of salt in a large bowl.
- Roll the mixture into approximately two-tablespoon-sized meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the meatballs are golden brown and cooked through.
- Simmer the remaining teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until it thickens slightly.
- Drizzle the glaze over the baked meatballs and return them to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish generously with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
