  • 2 tablespoons honey adds sweetness
  • fresh arugula for a peppery finish
  • black pepper freshly cracked for spice

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Baking sheet
  • Oven
  • floured surface

Method

Making the Pizza
  1. In a bowl, combine the warm water and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil, stirring until a dough starts to form.
  3. On a floured surface, knead the dough for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm area for about 1 hour.
  5. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) while the dough rises.
  6. Once risen, punch down the dough and roll it out into your desired pizza shape.
  7. Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet. Tear the burrata cheese and distribute over the base. Layer prosciutto and drizzle with honey.
  8. Bake for about 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is melty.
  9. Remove from oven and top with arugula and black pepper. Let rest, then slice and enjoy!
