Making the Pizza
- In a bowl, combine the warm water and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil, stirring until a dough starts to form.
- On a floured surface, knead the dough for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm area for about 1 hour.
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) while the dough rises.
- Once risen, punch down the dough and roll it out into your desired pizza shape.
- Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet. Tear the burrata cheese and distribute over the base. Layer prosciutto and drizzle with honey.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is melty.
- Remove from oven and top with arugula and black pepper. Let rest, then slice and enjoy!
