  • 2 cups Almond Flour gluten-free alternative
  • 1/2 cup Honey or Maple Syrup natural sweetness
  • 1 cup Puffed Rice Cereal adds crispy texture
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract use pure extract
  • 1 pinch Salt amplifies flavors
Optional Add-Ins
  • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips or use semi-sweet for balance
  • 1/2 cup Dried Fruits like cranberries or apricots

Method
 

Directions
  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing some overhang.
  2. In a large bowl, combine almond flour and puffed rice cereal until well mixed.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
  5. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan using a spatula or your hands.
  6. Refrigerate for at least one hour until firm.
