For the Chicken
  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
For the Flavor Mixture
  • 1 packet Ranch dressing mix
  • 3 cloves Fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Combine melted butter and ranch dressing mix in a bowl. Stir in the minced garlic.
  4. Pour half of the ranch mixture over the chicken.
  5. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese generously over the chicken.
  6. Drizzle the remaining ranch mixture on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  8. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
