Directions
  1. Start by chopping the chicken into bite-sized pieces, mincing the garlic, and finely chopping the onion and mushrooms. Having everything ready will make the cooking process smooth and enjoyable!
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, drizzle some olive oil and cook the chicken pieces until they turn golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Stir in the finely chopped onions and minced garlic; sauté until the onions become translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Toss in the sliced mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes until they have softened.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce; let it simmer gently, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
  6. Lower the heat and stir in the sour cream and smoked paprika, mixing until well combined.
  7. Spoon the creamy Rich Chicken Stroganoff over egg noodles or rice, and garnish with fresh parsley.
