How to Make Salmon Soup
  1. In a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the diced onions until they are translucent, about 5 minutes.
  2. Toss in minced garlic and stir for an additional minute.
  3. Incorporate diced potatoes and carrots, then pour in the vegetable broth. Bring to a gentle boil, stirring occasionally until the vegetables are tender, approximately 15 minutes.
