Cooking Instructions

  3. Whisk together the eggs, whole milk, salt, pepper, and onion powder in a mixing bowl until well combined and frothy.
  4. Combine the cooked sausage and cubed bread into the egg mixture, along with half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Gently fold the ingredients together.
  5. Pour the mixture into your greased casserole dish, spreading it out evenly. Top with the remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until puffed up and golden brown.
