How to Make Spicy Chicken Chipotle Pasta
  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping the garlic and cutting the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Sauté the chicken in a large skillet over medium heat with olive oil until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic during the last minute of cooking and stir until fragrant.
  4. Stir in chipotle peppers and cream (or cream cheese) and cook for 3-5 minutes until mixture is smooth and bubbly.
  5. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and add to the skillet, mixing thoroughly to coat.
  6. Finish by adding grated Parmesan cheese to the pasta and toss until creamy.
