How to Make Spicy Salmon Sushi Bake
  1. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Combine the chopped salmon, Japanese mayonnaise, and sriracha in a mixing bowl.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and layer the cooked sushi rice in a greased baking dish.
  4. Spread the creamy salmon mixture evenly over the layer of rice.
