How to Make Spinach & Feta Omelette
  1. Gather ingredients. Start by preparing your fresh spinach and crumbling the feta cheese, laying the groundwork for our tasty omelette.
  2. Whisk the eggs. In a bowl, combine the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper, whisking until frothy.
  3. Sauté the spinach. Heat your olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the spinach and sauté for 1-2 minutes until it wilts.
  4. Cook the eggs. Gently pour the frothy eggs over the wilted spinach in the skillet. Let it cook undisturbed for about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add feta and fold. Sprinkle the crumbled feta on one half of the omelette before carefully folding it over.
  6. Finish cooking. Allow the folded omelette to cook for an additional minute until fully set, then serve warm.
