How to Make Spinach & Feta Omelette
- Gather ingredients. Start by preparing your fresh spinach and crumbling the feta cheese, laying the groundwork for our tasty omelette.
- Whisk the eggs. In a bowl, combine the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper, whisking until frothy.
- Sauté the spinach. Heat your olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the spinach and sauté for 1-2 minutes until it wilts.
- Cook the eggs. Gently pour the frothy eggs over the wilted spinach in the skillet. Let it cook undisturbed for about 3-4 minutes.
- Add feta and fold. Sprinkle the crumbled feta on one half of the omelette before carefully folding it over.
- Finish cooking. Allow the folded omelette to cook for an additional minute until fully set, then serve warm.
