  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil prevents sticking in the skillet
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Spinach & Feta Omelette
  1. Gather ingredients.
  2. Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper until frothy.
  3. Sauté the spinach in olive oil until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Pour the frothy eggs over the spinach and let cook undisturbed for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle feta on one half and fold the omelette over.
