How to Make Spinach Garlic Meatballs
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Sauté minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted, roughly 3-4 minutes.
  3. Combine ground meat, sautéed spinach and garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix gently until incorporated.
  4. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs, yielding about 16-20.
  5. Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
