How to Make Spinach White Pizza
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to about ¼ inch thick and transfer it to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Mix the ricotta cheese with minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the dough. Layer it with fresh spinach and shredded mozzarella.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the top. Bake for 12-15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
