For the Cauliflower
  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
For the Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Honey or maple syrup for vegan
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
For the Garnish
  • 2 tbsp Chopped green onions

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, Sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss gently until they are thoroughly coated with the sauce.
  4. Spread the coated florets out on the lined baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until they turn golden brown and are slightly crispy around the edges.
  6. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.
