Biscotti Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl until well combined.
- Beat the softened butter and sugar in another bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Shape the dough on a floured surface into two logs about 2 inches wide and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly, slice the logs diagonally, and return them to the baking sheet. Bake again for an additional 10–15 minutes until crisp.
