Method
 

Cooking Instructions

  4. Layer half of the tortilla chips in the baking dish, then half of the beef mixture, and half of the cheese.
  5. Repeat the layering process with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly before serving, then top with sour cream and cilantro.
