Cooking Instructions
  1. Prepare the tofu by pressing it to eliminate any excess moisture. Cut into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add sesame oil. Sauté minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add cubed tofu to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown on all sides.
  4. Incorporate chopped cabbage and sliced bell peppers. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  5. Pour in low-sodium soy sauce and sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired. Toss everything until evenly coated.
