Method

How to Make Tofu Cabbage Stir Fry
  1. Prepare the tofu by pressing it to eliminate any excess moisture. Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add sesame oil. Once hot, introduce minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing until fragrant—about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the cubed tofu to the skillet carefully. Cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown on all sides.
  4. Incorporate the chopped cabbage and sliced bell peppers into the skillet. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until tender yet still crisp.
  5. Pour in the low-sodium soy sauce and sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired. Toss everything together until evenly coated.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions right before serving. Enjoy your Tofu Cabbage Stir Fry!
