- Prepare the tofu by pressing it to eliminate any excess moisture. Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes.
- Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add sesame oil. Once hot, introduce minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing until fragrant—about 30 seconds.
- Add the cubed tofu to the skillet carefully. Cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown on all sides.
- Incorporate the chopped cabbage and sliced bell peppers into the skillet. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until tender yet still crisp.
