Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté onions and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat with a splash of olive oil until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Brown the ground beef in the same skillet until there’s no pink remaining, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Combine chopped cabbage, tomato sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper into the skillet. Simmer for about five minutes.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
