Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté onions and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat with a splash of olive oil until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Brown the ground beef in the same skillet, breaking it up as it cooks for about 5-7 minutes until rich brown.
