How to Make Valentine Chocolate Strawberry Cake
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and line two round cake pans with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda.
- In another bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in the milk.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Fold in half of the sliced strawberries.
- Divide the batter between prepared pans and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
