Cheesecake Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Blend softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add granulated sugar and cocoa powder, mixing until creamy.
- Pour in chilled heavy cream and mix until fluffy and light.
- Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for about 50 minutes, until the center is slightly jiggly.
- Cool in the oven for 1 hour.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Top with fresh sliced strawberries just before serving.
