  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs for base
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
Cheesecake Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar to sweeten
  • cup unsweetened cocoa powder for chocolate flavor
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped to fluffy texture
Topping
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced for topping

Method
 

Cheesecake Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.

  4. Gradually add granulated sugar and cocoa powder, mixing until creamy.
  5. Pour in chilled heavy cream and mix until fluffy and light.
  6. Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Bake for about 50 minutes, until the center is slightly jiggly.
  8. Cool in the oven for 1 hour.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  10. Top with fresh sliced strawberries just before serving.
