How to Make Valentine's Chocolate Crepes
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and sugar until they form a light mixture.
  2. In another bowl, mix the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Gradually combine the wet mixture into the dry ingredients while whisking until no lumps remain. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour about half a cup of batter into the skillet, swirling to spread it thinly. Cook for about 1 minute until the edges are golden brown, then flip and cook for another minute.
  5. Stack cooked crepes on a warm plate and fill them with your favorite toppings, such as fresh berries, whipped cream, or chocolate sauce.
