  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup Plant-based milk
For the Coating
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar

Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. In another bowl, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, applesauce, vanilla extract, and plant-based milk until smooth.
  4. Fold the wet mixture into the dry mixture until just combined, careful not to overmix.
  5. Scoop the dough into rounded tablespoonfuls and roll each in powdered sugar. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until set at the edges but soft in the center. Cool for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
