How to Make White Chocolate Raspberry Tiramisu
  1. Prepare your workspace by gathering all ingredients and tools.
  2. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl using 20-second bursts.
  3. Beat mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and sugar in a separate bowl until soft peaks form (3-5 minutes).
  4. Fold melted white chocolate and vanilla into the mascarpone mixture gently.
  5. Crush fresh raspberries lightly with a fork and mix in sugar to enhance flavor.
  6. Dip ladyfingers briefly in coffee or espresso and layer them in your serving dish.
  7. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, followed by half of the crushed raspberries. Repeat layers.
  8. Chill the assembled tiramisu in the fridge for at least four hours or overnight.
