- Beat mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, and sugar in a separate bowl until soft peaks form (3-5 minutes).
- Fold melted white chocolate and vanilla into the mascarpone mixture gently.
- Crush fresh raspberries lightly with a fork and mix in sugar to enhance flavor.
- Dip ladyfingers briefly in coffee or espresso and layer them in your serving dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, followed by half of the crushed raspberries. Repeat layers.
